Marc Bhalla, LL.M. (DR), C.Med, C.Arb, C.Med-Arb is an executive and professor.
Marc is a leader and dispute resolution specialist, with over 20 years of private practice experience in mediation and arbitration. His conflict resolution expertise extends to system design, adjudicating on municipal and provincial administrative tribunals and investigation work in the banking and insurance sectors. Marc has also served as a director at several non-profits, including in multiple executive leadership roles.
Currently, Marc Bhalla is Vice President of Programs, Policy and Dispute Resolution at the Condominium Authority of Ontario and faculty at Osgoode Hall Law School and the York University School of Continuing Studies.
He has been widely published and spoken across North America.
In 2024, Marc wrapped up his private dispute resolution practice and no longer takes on new cases. It also shares Marc's land acknowledgement and commitment to environmentally-friendly practice.
