Marc Bhalla has committed to the Green Pledge of the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations and the Green Pledge of the World Mediators Alliance on Climate Change.
Marc is dedicated to considering the environment in dispute resolution practice.
This includes encouraging participation in mediation and arbitration online, where feasible, moving away from hard copies of materials and taking public transportation to in-person proceedings.
